This MD-83 was built in 1997 and is firs flight was on January 1, 1997 with the Registration, N90126. On May 13, 1997 N90126 was Delivered to TWA and the Registration was changed to, N9630A. Then On December 2, 2001 American airlines took ownership of this MD-83 and kept the TWA registration. Despite its long sounding history, this aircraft is only 16 years old. The information on this aircraft can be found at here

This is the part 3 of my december 5th spotting trip, please enjoy the commentary below the photos.

A southwest 737-700 (N957WN) taxing to runway 28L for departure. 

 A Horizon Q-400 (N400QX) wareing theidaho vandals livery, Alaska and Horizon are strong supporters of the northwest's colleges, to see all of Alaska/Horizon's repants click here N400QX is seen exiting rwy 28L. arriving from Seattle,WA
 A southwest 737-700 climbing thru  400ft or so on its way to its destination. 
 here's ole N400QX again, this time parking at its gate.  
 An Alaska 737-900 (N317AS) being pushed back and starting its engines for a short haul flight to Las Vegas, NV notice the smoke from the start of engine 2.
ATC Tower at PDX, now that'd be a great spot to spot
that AS 737-900 from before doing its final before taxi checklist before taxing to rwy 28L with a SWA 737-300 in the background, but we'll get to him later. 
 now for that SWA 737-300 (N360SW), seen taxing to rwy 28L, its destination was Phoenix  AZ . fun fact, this aircraft is over 20 years old, ist first flight was on March 6th 1992. sadly SWA's 737-300 aircraft will soon be retired:( They'll be replaced by the 737-700 and 800. SWA's the largest operator of 737-300 in the world.
